Miss Sierra Leone Sweden 2015 competition
AI-TV covered the Miss Sierra Leone Sewden event of 2015, which took place on the 5th of December in Stockholm, Sweden.
The event was organized by by the Assosiation of Sierra Leoneans in Sweden, and it's groundbreaking for beeing the very first of such events ever to be organized by Africans, showcasting Africans in the entire African Scandinavia Diaspora.
The contestants went through different segments including a traditional dance performance, a runway walk with traditional dresses and a runway walk with swimsuits and evening gowns. In the last segment the girls had to answer questions designed by the jury to test their role-modeling potential for inspiring other young Sierra Leoneans.
Of the four finalists, miss Binta Drammeh Bah proudly emerged crowned winner after intensive in-situ jury deliberations conducted by four charming ladies of different African nationalities.
Miss Bintas duties wil be to represent Sierra Leone abroad for a year until it's time to pass the crown forward to the winner of the 2016 contest.
